At low tide from late October until April, Citing Rock is where you will find harbor seals. When the rocks are exposed, seals haul out to rest and warm themselves in the sun. Grab your binoculars – you might even see some seal pups. Rose Island's haul-out sites are among the best in Narragansett Bay!
